Michael Harding, MAcOM, LAc, Dipl OM
Michael Harding is a licensed practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in North Carolina and nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Mr. Harding graduated with a B.S in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2012. He then obtained a Master’s of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX in 2017. While in graduate school, Michael developed a passion for Chinese Herbology and for Japanese styles of Acupuncture leading him to spend extensive time developing skills in both areas. Michael specializes in women’s health, dermatology, and pain management including acute and chronic pain, musculo-skeletal pain, and sports medicine. Michael often employs modalities such as cupping therapy, moxibustion, and electrical stimulation in his acupuncture treatments. In addition to acupuncture, Michael is also a certified instructor of Yoseikan Budo, a martial art that incorporates Aikido, Jiu Justu, Judo, Karate, and Kenjutsu into one fluid system.
